Infant Baptism
The Sacrament of Baptism is the first sacrament of initiation into the faith community and family of God.  Your desire to have your child baptized is a public expression of your gratitude to God, a promise to actively share your faith with them through your own word and example and a pledge from the entire faith community to assist you and your child in living out the baptismal promises you have made.

Parish Registration
Parents who wish to baptize their child must be registered in the parish.  Click here for Registration Form

Celebration of Baptism

Preparation for Baptism
If this is your first child or you have not had a preparation class for the sacrament, both parents will be asked to attend a baptism preparation session before the baptism is to take place. These session take place on the second Sunday of the month at 12:15 PM, with occasional exceptions for holidays. They are an opportunity to review your understanding of sacraments and preview the Ritual of Baptism. Infants are welcome to attend with their parents.
