Victim Awareness and Support Program of Hamilton County

Prevail, Inc. is a community based non-for-profit agency serving the needs of crime victims and their families in the Hamilton County area. Prevail advocates for the victim.

Services include, but are not limited to:

-Crisis Intervention
-Court Advocacy
-Immediate emotional support following the crime
-Assistance in securing emergency shelter
-Guidance and victim compensation forms
-Community resource referrals
-Support Groups
-Educational Programs
-Prevention Awareness

Prevail also provides community education and awareness presentations, as well as speakers and presentations for schools, church groups, and service organizations.
