Burnout is a big problem. It stems from one person trying to do it all alone. Through the Ministry Connection, we find wonderful support that comes from being an active part in a community of believers. We conduct monthly meetings to provide fellowship, networking, mentoring and faith support. The Ministry Connection is here to strengthen and support everyone involved in the ministries at Holy Spirit. The meetings are open to anyone interested.
Gift of Time: One hour, once a month.
Training: No training is involved, this group provides our lay ministers with networking and support. If all you need is just someone to bounce a few ideas off of, this is the place.
